Fantasy Basketball veto?

I just processed a trade with another manager in my league that involves dwight howard for josh smith and rodney stuckey. The other managers in my league vetoed the trade. Is that trade considered vetoable?I mean i guess you can make a case for one side getting a better deal. But still, was this trade really unfair? =(
