How do I decorate a wall that is about 22 ft long!?

It's white, and has to be white because we live in military housing and they won't let us paint it, and i have one small bookshelf and an oversized chair against the wall. But I have no idea what to put on the walls to decorate it. Please help! My chair is a deep red.
