What type of back problems does this seem like?

My back hurts me like all hell!, i don't have health insurance so, i will ask for opinions... I have a lower back pain that when it is hurting (intermittently). I can't move at all... I try to move my way through the pain, but i physically can't move. I can walk my arms can move and i can move my torso forward but, i can't move left, right or back and the more i move forward is the more of a forward position i am stuck in. Usually last for about 1 to 1 1\2 hour without pain reliever, and about 1 hour top with over the counter pain reliever... what does this sound like? It's a sharp pain, not shooting just extremly sharp, as if im getting stabbed int he back....
