Who sings this rock song, the chorus goes like "let's live it up, live it up oh oh oh"?

it sounds like motley crue or judas priest. Or some other late 80's - early 90's band. But i can't find it anywhere. I hear a lot of radio ads using the song. please someone know what this song is lol. It's awesome. Oh and the second "live it up" part in the lyrics might be "give it up" but i am unsure because i havent had the chance to listen to it very much. I can not find this song anywhere. And it is not by john legend or crosby, stills, & nash.
