Who should i start this week on my fantasy football team. Kevin Smith, Ricky Williams or Matt Forte?

Kevin Smith is playing Cleveland (nuff said), Ricky Williams is playing Carolina and is now the featured back, and Matt Forte is playing Philidelphia. All three of them are projected to score about 13 points for me.
