Guitar harmonics(squeals)?

ok can somebody tell me how to artificial guitar harmonics? i know the 5th 7th and 12th stuff but i want to know how to make them on any fret. and im new to guitars(ive only had one for a month) so can u make this simple yet very detailed? answer that gives me the best results gets 10 points!!!!
