i am 17 and my life is constant anger and frustration when dealing with my stepfather. I am being very serious when i answer this question. Closing your eyes and deep breathing is the best way for me. When im so mad i see red, i begin to shake and just break down and cry. It really does help. Sometimes i listen to angry music and imagine myself screaming the song. Again, very serious. And last theres always screaming into a pillow. The last thing i resort to but it works.
