Why doesn't waxing last forever? If it pulls out the follicles then shouldn't it?

just as the two right above me said. but i thought i could add a little something. think of it like the hair on your head. when you brush your hair, you end up pulling hairs out. but new hairs grow in place of the old ones (otherwise we'd all be bald).
