Have taken a photo of my neighbours' sitting on our 'unsafe' wall!?

My mother and I have had to endure building work by our new neighbours till sometimes 10pm each night and all over the weekends incl. bank holidays. Our unstable wall has been in the garden since 1930 and just because they've moved in, they're insisting we get a new one as, 'an unsafe wall like that could hurt a small child and you could liable'. The wall does belong to us (it's in the deeds). We subsequently went to see a solicitor (no charge as on benefits) who told us they're bullying us and he told us to get a new wall when we're ready alone. These neighbours are sitting on our 'unstable' wall now and I've taken a photo of them as 'evidence'. If the wall is that unstable why are they sitting on OUR wall? Is it for devilment or what?
