100 Quid Dollars Euros (approx) to spend, what can I buy her?

Every Xmas I�ve managed to do well, oil painting sets, sewing machines etc, this year I�m lost. Clothes are out of the question, I�ve no idea about make-up. Everyone tells me to get her a day at a beauty farm but she is feeding our 2 month old baby and honestly, she wouldn�t relax with me in charge for the day. I want to spoil her, we have 3 kids, 5 years, 3 years and 2 months, what can I get her this year that will make her feel very special?
