Has anybody else's vasectomy reversal quit working?

3 years after a vasectomy, my husband got a reversal. I got pregnant twice & miscarried. 4 rounds of clomid,folic acid, baby asprin, and HCG shots later, we find out that his sperm count is zero. What happened?
